2 Day Count Down for The McKenna Youth Foundation Holiday Party for Families in Need!

We are 2 days away from the McKenna Youth Foundation Holiday Party for Families in Need. Remember, we need volunteers! The Party is scheduled on Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 11am until 3pm at the Original Aunt Chilada's. We welcome the families at 11am and start loading families' cars around 12pm. If you would like to help with unloading the trucks, party set up, assembling bikes (if you have a folding table and tools bring them), sorting food, household items and hygiene product please arrive by 8:30am. If you want to help with the families or help load bikes, food boxes and household/hygiene baskets in families' cars please arrive at 10:30am. If you have gentle used clothing and household items, please bring them the morning of the party. If you have any questions, please contact Terri Damiani at 602.332.9601. The McKenna Youth Foundation Holiday Party for Families in Need (Bike Party) Will be Held on Sunday, December 7, 2025

Please Arrive at 8:30am. If you wish to assemble bicycles and you have tools and a folding table, bring them. We need Volunteers for a few hours or all day. Bring a friend or your family! The Party is from 11am to 3pm and we need help setting up food boxes and household items baskets. Serving refreshments, helping with the families and loading vehicles. If you have gently used clothing and or household items, BRING THEM! We set up an area where the families can help themselves! We hope to see you there. Looking Forward to Making More Holiday Magic!

ABOUT MYF

The McKenna Youth Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization (EIN # 86-0758713) and a Arizona Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO Code 20867)that was founded over 38 years ago by Tony Cerkvenik, Michael Damiani, Terry Dunn, and lots of friends. Our goal is simple: To Make a Difference in A Child's Life! We assist underprivileged children living in Phoenix and surrounding areas one child at a time. Every year, we sponsor fundraising events with the sole purpose of sustaining our annual holiday party held at Aunt Chilada's Restaurant for families in need. With the help of individuals, corporations and a lot of Holiday Magic, the McKenna Youth Foundation has been able to provide food, clothing, books, toys, household items, and bicycles to more than 3700 families and over 11,900 children.

In addition to the annual holiday party, the McKenna Youth Foundation has assisted numerous children by providing food and housing scholarships, sending kids to summer programs and camp, providing back to school clothing and assisting children with medical issues.

Are you ready to help our cause? All donations are tax-deductible and are greatly appreciated, as of February 2017 the McKenna Youth Foundation is a Qualifying Charitable Organization for Arizona State Tax Credit (QCO Code 20867) this means you earn a dollar for dollar state tax credit for up to $400.00 for a single filer and $800.00 if you are a married couple filing a joint return. (The Arizona Charitable Tax Credit is in addition to and completely separate from private school tuition, public school activity and foster care tax credit.) It is never too late to get involved. You can make a difference in a child's life!
